Things to consider before going to a large event, may save you an empty phone battery or from shivering in the cold. Buying the tickets, checking the weather and dressing accordingly is just the first few steps. Here is a list of things to consider that aren't always blatantly obvious. Keep in mind this list is more for those who are attending day by day and not camping out.
Transportation
Have a transportation plan, learn of private taxi services, parking, and/or shuttle services. Sometimes finding an available taxi can prove to be a challenge. Other times there may not be parking available at all, do your research.
Things to keep in your Bag or Fannypack (Waterproof preferably)
Carry cash and/or card, reusable water bottle, snacks, portable phone charger, baby wipes, emergency pain medicine for headaches or stomach pain. Back-up light jacket if it gets colder or rains.
Lastly a buddy
Figure out each other's schedule and plan out meet up spots if there is no phone service at the event. Stay updated with each other's status incase you split for any reason.
Trying out new experiences can bring in new a perspective and help you grow personally. There is always something new to try around the corner, all you need to do is find it. Stay positive and have fun, everyone at the event is more than likely there for the same reason. Good vibes all around.
